This command returns the minimum permissible set value for the
final STEP frequency.

This command returns the maximum permissible set value for the
final STEP frequency.

This command returns the default set value for the final STEP
frequency.

This command sets the delta frequency.
Frequency, < NORmal | SATurate >
Default is NORmal if optional second parameter is omitted.
