Undo the nuts (3) fastening the plate (4).
Use a flat tip screwdriver to ease out the plate (4).
Remove the plastic bushings (7).
Remove the skid (5) and the metal bushings (6)
and replace.
Fit the NEW metal bushings (6) and the NEW
skid (5) on the relative pins.
