Use the set insert-digits command to specify number of digits to be inserted at the
beginning of the dialed string for an inbound trunk call in SLS.

Description
The number of digits to be deleted from the beginning
of the dialed string. This number ranges from 0 to the
maximum length of the received dialed string.
