clear vlan

Use the clear vlan command to delete an existing VLAN and its interface. When you clear a
VLAN, all ports assigned to that VLAN are returned to the default VLAN.
Syntax
clear vlan vlan_id | {name vlan_name}

Example
To delete VLAN 100:
G450-001(super)# clear vlan 100
This command will assign all ports on vlan 100 to their default in the entire
management domain - do you want to continue (Y/N)?
VLAN 100 deletion successful

show cam vlan, show port
Description
The VLAN number
Keyword specifying to identify the VLAN by
the VLAN name
The VLAN name.
If you wish to enter a name which includes
spaces, you must enclose the entire name
in quotation marks, for example "new york".
