(1) Positioning identifier configuration
The positioning identifier consists of "[Da.1] Operation pattern" to "[Da.5] Axis to be interpolated". The set values
of those data are stored in one buffer memory address. Consider the positioning identifier configuration in the
figure below when setting "[Da.1] Operation pattern" to "[Da.5] Axis to be interpolated".
