BODY
Gauge Control Module Input Test
1. Remove the gauge control m o d u l e (see page 22-235).
2. Disconnect the 30P connector f r o m the gauge control module.
3. Inspect the connector and socket terminals to be sure they are all making g o o d contact.
• If the terminals are bent, loose or corroded, repair t h e m as necessary, and recheck the system.
• If the terminals look OK, go to step 4.

4. With the connector still disconnected, make these input tests at the connector.
• If any test indicates a p r o b l e m , find and correct the cause, then recheck the system.
• If all the input tests prove OK, replace the gauge control m o d u l e .

There should be cotinuity.
