9. Check resistance between the No. 25 terminal of
SRS unit connector B (28P) and body g r o u n d , and
between the No. 26 t e r m i n a l and body g r o u n d .
There should be an open circuit or at least 1 M Q ,

Wire side of female t e r m i n a l s
Is the resistance as specified?
YES—Go to step 10.
NO—Short to g r o u n d in the left floor wire harness
or right floor w i r e harness; replace the faulty
harness. •
10. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
11. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
12. Check for voltage between the No. 25 terminal of
SRS unit connector B (28P) and body g r o u n d , and
between the No. 26 terminal and body g r o u n d .
There should be 1 V or less.

Y E S - G o t o step 13.
NO—Short to power in the left floor w i r e harness or
right floor wire harness; replace the faulty
h a r n e s s . •
13. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
14. Connect the SRS inflator simulator (jumper
connector) and simulator lead H to the right floor
w i r e harness 2P connector (A).
