14. Disconnect left floor w i r e harness 2P connector
C685 (A) f r o m the right floor w i r e harness
connector C685 (B).

15. Check resistance between the No. 1 terminal of the
left floor w i r e harness 2P connector C685 and body
g r o u n d , and between the No. 2 terminal and body
g r o u n d . There should be an open circuit or at least
1 M f i .

Is the resistance as specified?
YES—Short to ground in the right floor w i r e
harness; replace the right floor w i r e harness. •
NO —Short to ground in the left floor w i r e harness;
replace the left floor w i r e harness. •
