active noise control unit 16P connector No. 12

Is there continuity?
YES—Repair short to g r o u n d in the w i r e between
the active noise control unit 16P connector No. 12
terminal and audio unit connector C (6P) No. 5
t e r m i n a l . •
NO—Replace the audio unit (see page 23-71). •
38. Perform the Self-diagnostic Procedure (see page
23-19).
39. Press and release the SCAN button (with
navigation) or the " N o . 1 " button (without
navigation).
40. Check for voltage between the active noise control
unit 16P connector No. 2 terminal and body g r o u n d .

Is there about 2.5 V?
YES—Replace the audio unit (see page 23-71 ) . •
N O — G o t o step 4 1 .
4 1 . Turn the ignition switch OFF.

connector and audio unit connector C (5P).
