Trunk Lid
A d j u s t m e n t
1. Remove the rear shelf (see page 20-51).
2. Slightly loosen each bolt.
3. Adjust the trunk lid (A) alignment in the f o l l o w i n g sequence.
• Adjust the trunk lid hinges (R) right and left, as well as f o r w a r d and rearward, by using the elongated holes.
Take care not to hit the rear w i n d o w w h e n loosening the bolts (C).
• Turn the trunk lid edge cushions (D), in or out as necessary, to make the trunk lid fit flush w i t h the body at the
rear and side edges.
• Adjust the fit between the trunk lid and the trunk lid opening by m o v i n g the striker (E).
4. Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
5. Make sure the trunk lid opens properly and closes securely.
6. Reinstall all remaining removed parts.
