S t a t u s L o g
If you suspect there is a immobilizer system p r o b l e m , check the status log.
NOTE: Status log may not be available for all models. If y o u have an updated immobilizer control unit-receiver, status
log should be available.
1. Connect the HDS to the data link connector.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
3. On the HDS screen, select Honda systems, select immobilizer set-up, select immobilizer i n f o r m a t i o n , then select
status log.
4. Check the Status log count. Troubleshoot the status w i t h the highest count first. If no counts are listed, the
immobilizer system is OK. Continue w i t h normal s y m p t o m t r o u b l e s h o o t i n g .
