6. Check resistance between the No. 19 terminal of
SRS unit connector A (28P) and body g r o u n d . There
should be an open circuit or at least 1 M Q .

Is the resistance as specified ?
YES—Go to step 7.
IMO—Short to g r o u n d in the dashboard w i r e
harness; replace the dashboard wire harness. •
7. Reconnect the gauge control module connector
(30P) (A).
8. Check resistance between the No. 19 terminal of
SRS unit connector A (28P) and body g r o u n d . There
should be an open circuit or at least 1 MQ.
