Log Data
This screen allows the factory to collect log data to
t r o u b l e s h o o t navigation system issues.
• N o r m a l l y there is no card in the "PC Card S l o t " , and
the PC slot door should always be closed.

PC Card is not inserted.
• However, if the factory provides a PC card and
instructs you to insert it into the card slot (label side
up), and then slide the PC Card door shut. If
instructed by the factory, select " G y r o . Sensor Logs
O N " . Follow the factory procedure for gathering test
data, and properly ending the test.
GPS Offset Time
This screen is for factory use only. It allows adjustment
of the GPS t i m e . This display updates in real time.
• "GPS T i m e " is the t i m e as received f r o m the GPS
satellites. It is in Greenwich Mean T i m e (GMT).
• " S y s t e m T i m e " is the internal t i m e used by the
navigation unit to calculate y o u r position on the m a p .
It is also in Greenwich Mean T i m e (GMT).
• " D i s p l a y T i m e " is the t i m e s h o w n on Setup screen 2
" A d j u s t T i m e Zone/Clock", and reflects any changes
due to daylight savings t i m e or t i m e adjustments
entered by the customer.
• Date, Hour, Minute, and " S e t " should not be used.
