INCIDENT: AIC does not blow cold air.

Perform preliminary check before referring to the following
flowchart.

Does air flow from vents?

Condition
Ignition switch, A/C switch,
and fan switch are ON.
Mode lever is in vent mode
and temperature lever is in
full cold position.
O.K.
Does radiator fan motor rotate?
circuit.
Condition
Refer to COOLING FAN CONTROL Ignition switch,
A/C
switch
in section ES and fan switch are ON.
O.K.

Check for refrigerant leaks.

Connect manifold gauge, then
check system pressures.
Measure temperature of dis-
