With ignition "OFF", disconnect ignition coils and power
transistors.
Check power transistor continuity as shown.

0.58 to 0.74 ohms at 20°C
Secondary winding resistance: '~etween

and HT terminal
8,000 to 1 1,000 ohms at 20°C
Note: Resistance will vary with coil temperature.

Throttle Position Sensor (T.P.S.)
With ignition "OFF", disconnect TPS and check resistances as
shown.
Resistance between: Terminals A and C 3,7000 to 6,300 at 20°C
Resistance between: Terminals B and C depending on throttle pos-
ition 1,000 to 6,300 ohms at 20°C
Note: Resistance will vary with throttle body temperature.
