Replacing Spark Plugs
1 . Blow out each plug cavity with compressed air.
2. Disconnect spark plug wire

boot. Do not pull on the wire.
3.
Remove spark plugs with spark plug wrench.
4. Check spark plug gap.
Gap: 1 .O

5. Install spark plugs. Reconnect high tension cables according to
the numbers and colours indicated on them.

Checking lgnition Wiring
1. Check the ignition wires for cracks, damage, burned terminals
and proper fit.
2.
Measure the resistance of the ignition wires, by shaking them
and checking for intermittent breaks.
Resistance: Less than 3 0 k l2
