CHECK IDLE ADJ. SCREW INITIAL SET
1. Select "A.A.C. VALVE ADJ" in
Adjust engine rpm by
turning idle adjusting
screw.
2. When touching "START",
does engine rpm fall to the
following values?

When disconnecting throttle sen-
sor harness connector, does en-

CAUTION
Be sure to set gears to
"Neutral".

Adjust output voltage
by rotating throttle sen-
sor body.
2.
Disconnect throttle
sensor harness con-
nector for a few sec-
onds and then recon-
nect it.
3. Confirm that "IDLE
POSITION" stays
"ON".
CHECK THROTTLE SENSOR IDLE PO-
SITION.
1. Perform "THROTTLE SEN.
mode.
2. Check that output voltage of
throttle sensor is 0.4 to 0.5V.
(Throttle valve fully closes.)
and "IDLE POSITION" stays
"ON".
