Meaning/Cause : 1. Failed to write PTP command data into driver.
Action
: 1. Replace the driver.
2. Replace the controller.
Code
: &H1529
Meaning/Cause : a. Software error occurred.
Action
: 1. Contact our company with details of this problem.
Code
: &H1601
Meaning/Cause : a. AC supply voltage of control power supply dropped below
85% of rated voltage.
b. Power source has insufficient capacity.
Action
: 1. Check the AC supply voltage
2. Check if supply voltage drops during robot operation.
3. Lower the robot duty cycle.

Caution
: This error always occurs when the power is cut off.
Code
: &H1603
Meaning/Cause : a. DC 24V power supply malfunctioned and the voltage
dropped.
b. Electromagnetic brake for vertical axis is defective.
c. Wiring for electromagnetic brake of vertical axis is wrong.
d. Short in DC 24V for safety connector.
Action
: 1. Replace the controller.
2. Replace the vertical axis electromagnetic brake.
3. Replace the ROB I/O cable.
4. Check the SAFETY connector wiring.

Meaning/Cause : A low AC voltage condition occurred at the main power supply
when a servo was switched ON, or during a servo ON status.
Action
: Check whether main power is input.
