1. Installation and power supply

turn on even with
power supplied.

Check items
• Check power input
terminal connection

• Check if "RDY" LED
on front panel is lit.
• Check RPB
connector.
• Check how RPB
connector is
inserted.
• Replace RPB and
check operation.
• Connect the RPB
and check the error
history.
• Check DI00
(Emergency stop
ready signal) on
RPB screen.
• Connect the RPB
and check the error
history.
• Connect the RPB

Corrective action
• Connect power
input terminal
correctly.
• Supply rated power
