SC520: Duplex Jogger Motor Error 1

When the jogger fence moves to the home position, the duplex jogger HP sensor
does not turn on even if the jogger motor has moved the jogger fence more than
153.5 mm.
Possible Causes
• Remaining paper or another obstruction is blocking the side fence
• Jogger motor connection is loose
