Two LEDs— RX and TX —indicate the status of the TX-SIB (see Table 5 on page 24). Each
TX-SIB has three additional LEDs on the craft interface that show its status.

On steadily Receive link is online and functioning
normally.
On steadily Fiber-optic array cable might be
connected to the wrong T640-SIB.
On steadily Errors have been detected, or the
