When the system
reaches the specified
start time,
automatically adds the
specified offset to the
current time, so as to
toggle the system time
to the summer time.
When the system
reaches the specified
end time,
automatically
subtracts the specified
offset from the current
time, so as to toggle
the summer time to
normal system time.
