Note:
Besides the default TPID 0x8100, you can configure only one TPID value on an
S3100-52P switch.
For the S3100-52P to exchange packets with the public network device properly,
you should configure the TPID value used by the public network device on both the
customer-side port and the service provider-side port.
1.2.4 Configuring the Inner-to-Outer Tag Priority Replicating and Mapping
Feature
Make sure that the VLAN-VPN feature is enabled on a port before configuring the
inner-to-outer tag priority replicating and mapping feature.
Follow these steps to configure the inner-to-outer tag priority replicating and mapping
feature:
Enter system view
Enter Ethernet port view
Enable the inner-to-outer
tag priority replicating
feature
Enable the inner-to-outer
tag priority mapping
feature and create a
priority mapping
Caution:
If you have configured the port priority (refer to QoS-QoS Profile Configuration part
in this manual), you will be prompted that the port priority configured for the current
port gets invalid after you enable the inner-to-outer tag priority replicating feature.
The inner-to-outer tag priority replicating feature is mutually exclusive with the
inner-to-outer tag priority mapping feature.
