Chapter 2 Cisco CMTS Configuration Commands
Description
Cisco IOS Release 12.3(9a)BC supports the following
new or enhanced command-line interface:
cable arp filter
•
cable logging layer2events
•
cable source-verify
•
cable submgmt default
•
The 12.2 BC train is the Cisco cable-specific early
deployment release train that provides DOCSIS 1.1 and
other new feature support.
Release 12.2(15)CX introduces support for the
Cisco uBR-MC16U/X and Cisco uBR-MC28U/X cable
interface line cards, including DOCSIS 2.0 A-TDMA
operations.
Release 12.2(11)CY introduced support for the
Cisco uBR-MC5X20S cable interface line card. It has
since been replaced by Cisco IOS Release 12.2(15)BC1
and later 12.2 BC releases.
The 12.1 EC train is the Cisco cable-specific early
deployment "stable" DOCSIS 1.0 release train.
The 12.0 SC train was the previous Cisco cable-specific
"stable" release train for Cisco uBR7200 series routers.
This train excludes telco return, DOCSIS 1.0 extensions
support, Cisco UBR7246 VXR clock card feature set,
and the Cisco uBR-MC16S-based hardware and
software support.
Note The 12.0 SC has reached its end of life with the
12.0(16)SC3 release.
