Unsupported Cisco IOS Software Commands on the Cisco CMTS
Cisco strongly advises against using unsupported Cisco IOS commands, even if described, because such
commands can have undesirable effects upon the performance of the Cisco CMTS. In particular, Cisco
advises against using any unsupported commands that pertain to service-policy or to Modular Quality of
Service command-line interface (MQC) while Parallel Express Forwarding (PXF) is running ont he
Cisco CMTS. Such commands may cause the Cisco CMTS to hang with unpredictable recovery times.

Supported Platforms and Cisco IOS Releases
Description
The 12.1 EC train is the Cisco cable-specific early
deployment "stable" DOCSIS 1.0 release train.
The 12.0 SC train was the previous Cisco cable-specific
"stable" release train for Cisco uBR7200 series routers.
This train excludes telco return, DOCSIS 1.0 extensions
support, Cisco UBR7246 VXR clock card feature set,
and the Cisco uBR-MC16S-based hardware and
software support.
The 12.0 SC has reached its end of life with the
