Global configuration mode
This command is used to enable PIM-SSM (or in some specific
multicast groups).
The following command sets the source-specific multicast of the
multicast group range 232/8:
DES-7210# configure terminal
DES-7210(config)# ip pim ssm default
The following command sets the source-specific multicast with ACL
10.
DES-7210(config)# ip pim ssm range 10
DES-7210(config)# access-list 10 permit 232.0.0.1 0.0.0.255
