As the expiration date of the voice packet, set the ttL (time to Live)
until the voice packet reaches the communication destination.
the ttL value decreases every time it passes through a router, the
voice packets transmission expires when the ttL value reaches zero.
therefore you can prevent a packet transmission loop.
