Diffserv: Outputs the VoIP packet to the TOS field (8 bit) in the IP header, in
the Diffserv (Differentiated Service) format.
L The Diffserv format details:
• The former 6 bits: Shows the DSCP.
• The next 2 bits:
Set "Media (RTP) DSCP" (4) with a decimal number.
The larger number, the higher priority.
Reserved and fixed to "0."
