1. A djust hinge lower lever to striker contact by adding or
deleting shims betw een the striker and body to provide at
least .10 inch o f lever co n tact. (Fig. 31). Also, striker
m ust be positioned at least .0 6 " above b o tto m o f striker
tang (Fig. 31).
2. A djust fore and aft (centering door in opening) by
moving striker horizontally.
3. I f necessary to shim roller away from guide, shims are
added betw een the nylon block and hinge and betw een
roller and hinge. T hey m ust be installed in pairs. F or
exam ple, if one shim is added behind the nylon block
an other m ust be added behind the roller. (Fig. 32).
Lower Catch Adjustment
1. Loosen screws retaining catch rod bracket to door (Fig.
33).
2. A djust catch to striker engagem ent by sliding bracket
laterally. C atch should fully engage striker.

Seat Adjuster
Removal
1. Remove seat by removing bolts securing seat to seat riser.
2. Remove seat belt from adjuster.
3. Remove adjuster from seat.
Installation
1. Install seat adjuster to seat. T orque bolts to specifica
tions.
2. Install seat belt. T orque retaining n ut to specifications.
