C A U T IO N : Do not pry on the pump housing.
Distortion o f the housing will result in extensive
damage to the A ir Injection Pump.
Replacement
• Loosen pum p m ounting bolt and pum p adjustm ent
b rack et b o lt or D elcotron as applicable, then swing pum p
u n til drive belt m ay be rem oved.
• Install a new drive belt and adjust as outlined above.

PUMP PULLEY
Replacement
• H old pum p pulley from turning by com pressing drive
belt then loosen pum p pulley bolts.
• Rem ove drive belt as outlined above th en remove pum p
pulley.
• Install pum p pulley with retaining bolts hand tight.
