Inspect the connection of the engine ECU connector and the tar-
get's injector connector (looseness and poor contact).
Go to step 2.
Set the starter key to the "LOCK" position.
Connect the signal check harness to the engine ECU. (Do not con-
nect the harness to the ECU.)
Use the electrical tester to measure the resistance between the
terminals of the engine ECU (signal check harness).
