Replace the common rail assembly [HINO DX Ⅱ ]

Has DTC (P0148) been detected?
Go to step 9.

Check the injector clamp

Was any failure found?
Repair or replace the faulty parts.

Set the starter key to the "LOCK" position.
Replace common rail assembly.
Perform the engine warm up. (engine coolant temperature: 80 C
{176 F} or more)
Stop the engine.
Set the starter key to the "ON" position.
Select [Engine] and check if the DTC (P0148) has been detected.
Procedure completed.
Check that the injector clamp is not loose.
Check that there is no "insufficient engagement" of the injector
clamp claw.
Go to step 10.
