Check the VNT controller power supply circuit

Procedure completed.
Perform "After-inspection work" of INFOR-
MATION section.
ENGINE (J05E)/TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Set the starter key to the "LOCK" position.
2. Disconnect the VNT controller connector.
3. Set the starter key to the "ON" position.
4. Use the electrical tester to measure the voltage between the termi-
nals of the VNT controller vehicle side connector.
