Replace the thermostat.
Perform "After-inspection work" of INFOR-
MATION section.

ENGINE (J05E)/TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Check valve opening temperature.
Submerge in hot water (90 C {194 F}) and check if the valve lift is
10 mm {0.3937 in.} or greater.

1. Check valve opening time.
After taking out from hot water, submerge in water and check that
the valve closes within 5 minutes.
