U-TIMER

This section describes the overview of the U-TIMER, the configuration and functions of
registers, and U-TIMER operation.
■ Overview of the U-TIMER
The U-TIMER is a 16-bit timer that is used to generate the baud rate for the UART. A baud rate can be
specified by a combination of a chip operating frequency and U-TIMER reload value.
