Refitting, gearbox axis 2
The procedure below details how to refit the gearbox, axis 2.

Action
Fit the lifting tool, gearbox axis 2, to the gearbox.
Fit two guide pins in 180° relation to each other
instead of the removed front attachment screws.
If required, apply an M16 screw to the hole shown
in the figure to press it free.
Remove the gearbox using an overhead crane or
similar.
Remove the friction washer and clean it.
Remove the sealing from the lower arm.
Action
DANGER
Turn off all:
electric power supply to the robot
hydraulic pressure supply to the robot
air pressure supply to the robot
Before entering the robot working area.
