Remote setting function

Even if the operation panel is located away from the enclosure, contact signals can be used to perform continuous variable-
speed operation, without using analog signals.

 Main speed
• The main speed used in the remote setting corresponds with each of the following operation modes.
PU operation mode / NET operation mode
External operation mode / PU/External combined operation mode 2 (Pr.79 = "4")
PU/External combined operation mode 1 (Pr.79 = "3")
*1 Set Pr.28 Multi-speed input compensation selection to "1" when enabling compensation for input via terminal 1.
 Acceleration/deceleration operation
• The running frequency changes as follows when the set frequency is changed by the remote setting function.

The set frequency increases/decreases by remote setting according to the Pr.44/Pr.45 setting.
The running frequency increases/decreases by the set frequency according to the Pr.7/Pr.8 setting.

The inverter accelerates the motor in the forward or reverse direction up to
the main speed or to the frequency stored by the remote setting function.
The set frequency increases according to the Pr.44 setting.
The set frequency decreases according to the Pr.45 setting.
The set frequency is cleared and the main speed is applied.
The setting of the main speed is used as a base. The main speed is
increased by the RH signal and decreased by the RM signal.
