• Turning ON of the X98 signal can be used as a trigger to start the cleaning operation. For the X98 signal input, set "98" in
any of Pr.178 to Pr.189 to assign the function.
• When using the cleaning function for the purpose of periodic maintenance in such applications that require continuous
pump operation for a long time, use a time trigger. The time trigger is enabled by setting a time period before starting the
cleaning operation in Pr.1479 Cleaning time trigger. The timer starts when the timer starting condition is satisfied, and
the cleaning operation is performed at a time interval set in Pr.1479.

• When X97 signal is assigned to an input terminal, the cleaning operation can be finished when the cleaning signal (X97)
