SUBJECT: CPU MALFUNCTION
SYMPTOM:
False indications displayed on operaiion panel.
1. "F", "c", "B" is flashing when paper end is detected.
2. "Cover Open" is displayed.
CAUSE:
The
CPU on the main board malfunctions due to static electricity.
SOLUTION:
Install the ground wire in the paper table section as illustrated.
