Q Looking through the drum cavity, identify the 2 hex head bolts (D) that can
be seen through holes provided on the rear side main frame. This is
located on the right side of the drum drive gear.
Using an 8mm socket and a ratchet wrench, loosen the 2 hex head
bolts.

Turn secondary cam CCW

After s/ight/y moving the cam in the proper direction, tighten 1 bolt and
be sure to remove the wrench.
Reference the drum drive gear to "9 o'c/ock" and insert the drum.
Clear 1/0 #1, key in #4 and lift the PF table to feed level.
Clear l/O #4 and key in #30. Feed 2 sheets and confirm that the image
position is within reasonable tolerance with the original.
IMAGE POSITION IS INCORRECT
Clear l/O #30 and key in #1. Reference the drum assembly with the 7st
drum sensor, remove the drum and repeat steps 6 through 10.
IMAGE POSITION IS CORRECT
Clear l/O #30 and key in #1. Reference the drum assembly with the Ist
drum sensor. Remove the drum, repeat steps 6 & 7, then tighten the
2nd hex head bolt and be sure to remove the wrench.
Once fully adjusted, reference the drum drive gear to "9 o'c/ocF'. Clear
l/O #1 and key in #5 to lower the PF table; reinsert the drum; turn the
main SW OFF; reset the DIP SW; install the plotter section and make a
trial run by repeating step 1. If satisfactory, install the side cover.
