3. Adjusting The Full Master Switch

Purpose :
To ensure that the full master detecting switch turns on when the master
eject box is filled to capacity with ejected masters.
Method :
1. Open the master eject unit and remove the front cover of the master eject
unit.
2. Turn the motor gear [A] and position the pressure plate at its lowest posi-
tion. Then, turn the gear further so that the arm [B] turns on the full
master switch [D].
3. Confirm that the distance between the switch [D] and the switch actuator
[C] is 0.1 to 0.5 mm when the full master switch turns on.
4. If it is out of adjustment, loosen the screws [E] and adjust the position of
the full master detecting switch [D].
5. Tighten the mounting screws [E].
