7.15 SEPARATION PLATE / LOWER SEPARATION ROLLER
REPLACEMENT
Separation Plate:
1.
Remove the separation pIate [A] with the spring [B] located under the
separation plate (1 screw).
Lower Separation Roller:
1. Remove the paper feed roller unit from the machine (See page 5-51),
2, Remove the front plate [C] of the paper feed section (4 screws),
Lift up then pull out horizontally.
3. Remove the springs [D] on both sides.
4. Remove the separation levers [E] on both sides (1 screw each).
5. Remove the lower separation roller shaft [F].
6. Remove the lower separation roller [G] (Allen screw).
