Create a standard IP access list (IP ACL) to filter based on IP address.

Syntax
ip access-list standard access-list-name
To delete an access list, use the no ip access-list standard access-
list-name command.
Parameters
access-list-

Defaults All IP access lists contain an implicit "deny any"; that is, if no match occurs, the
packet is dropped. ACL permit/deny rules are applied when a packet matches the
condition in an entry.
