13. Check for continuity between the ABS/TCS control
unit connector A (26P) terminal No. 25 and body
ground.
ABS/TCS CONTROL UNIT CONNECTOR A (26P)
Wire side of female terminals
Is there continuity?
YES Repair short to body ground in the wire
between the ABS/TCS control unit and the ABS fail-
safe relay.
NO Go to step 14.
14. Check for continuity between the ABS fail-safe
relay connector terminal No. 3 and body ground.
ABS FAIL-SAFE RELAY CONNECTOR
Terminal side of female terminals
Is there continuity?
YES Go to step 15.
NO Check for an open in the wire between the
ABS fail-safe relay and body ground. If the wire is
OK, check for poor ground at G201.
FSR (YEL/GRN)
GND (BLK)
15. Connect the ABS fail-safe relay connector terminals
No. 3 and No. 4 with a jumper wire.

Terminal side of female terminals
16. Check for continuity between the ABS/TCS control
unit connector A (26P) terminal No. 25 and body
ground.
ABS/TCS CONTROL UNIT CONNECTOR A (26P)
Wire side of female terminals
Is there continuity?
YES If the problem recurs, replace the ABS/TCS
control unit.
NO Repair open in the wire between the ABS/TCS
control unit and the ABS fail-safe relay.
GND (BLK)
