• SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations (see page 23-20), and the
precautions and procedures (see page 23-21) before performing repairs or service.
• The front passenger's weight sensor (SWS) unit must be calibrated after any of these actions (see page 23-42):
– Front passenger's seat replacement (including any seat components)
– Replacement of the seat weight sensors
– Replacement of the seat weight sensor unit
NOTE:
• Route the seat wire harness correctly (see page 20-94).
• Make sure the bushing and pivot washer are installed correctly.
• Apply multipurpose grease to the moving portion of the seat track.
• To prevent wrinkles in the seat-back cover, stretch the material evenly over the pad.
