K.4.1.2.1 ODU | Config Pages
When properly configured to operate with either the CSAT-5060 or the KST-2000A/B ODU, the
'ODU | Config' page displays allows configuration of the operating parameters specific to the
active unit.
K.4.1.2.1.1 ODU | Config (CSAT-5060)
Figure K-5 shows the 'ODU | Config' page as it appears with the CSAT-5060 configured as the
ODU. Use this page to configure the primary CSAT-5060 Transmit and Receive Parameters.
ODU Selection
If redundant ODUs are used, the page can be toggled between the Online and Offline units by
selecting CSAT #1 or CSAT #2, and then clicking Select ODU. A message identifies the active
unit as 'ONLINE' in the right-hand side of the box.
Up Converter Parameters
•
Frequency: Enter a value in MHz
•
Attenuation: Enter a value in dB
•
Slope Mode: Select Manual or Calibrated from the drop-down menu
•
Slope Adjust (Manual Mode Only): Select the desired setting from the drop-down menu
•
Mute: Select Enabled or Disabled from the drop-down menu
