The SIM button is used to manually toggle between the two SIM slots included in the
CM module.
ERASE The ERASE button is used to perform a device reset, and it has three modes:

IX20 LEDs

The IX20 LEDs are located on the top front panel. The number of LEDs varies by model. During
bootup, the front-panel LEDs light up in sequence to indicate boot progress.

1. Configuration reset: Press the ERASE button one time to reset the Digi IX20
configurations to the factory default. It will not remove any automatically
generated certificates and keys.
2. Full device reset: After the Digi IX20 reboots from the first button press and
before it connects to the internet, press the ERASE button again to also
remove generated certificates and keys.
3. Firmware reversion: Press and hold the ERASE button and then power on
the Digi IX20 to boot to the version of firmware that was used prior to the
current version.
