6. Create a packet filtering rule that rejects all other LAN packets on the cellular WAN interface.
a. Click Firewall > Packet filtering.
b. Click the to add a new packet filtering rule.
c. For Label, type Reject LAN traffic to cellular WAN.
d. For Action, select Drop.
e. For Source zone, select Internal.
f. For Destination zone, select CellularWAN.
7. Click Apply to save the configuration and apply the change.
Command line
1. Select the device in Remote Manager and click Actions > Open Console, or log into the IX20
local command line as a user with full Admin access rights.
Depending on your device configuration, you may be presented with an Access selection
menu. Type admin to access the Admin CLI.
2. At the command line, type config to enter configuration mode:
> config
(config)>
3. Create new firewall zones:
a. Create a firewall zone named CellularWAN with Source NAT enabled:
i. Create the firewall zone:
(config)> add firewall zone CellularWAN
(config firewall zone CellularWAN)>
i. Enable Source NAT on the new zone:
(config firewall zone CellularWAN)> src_nat true
