Replacing the Autosampler Cooler

Replacing the ASC cooler

Thermo Scientific
Replacing the ASC cooler requires these items:
Tools
• Torx T-10 wrench
• 2.5 mm L-hex wrench
To replace the ASC cooler, follow these procedures:
1.
"To remove the cooling module,"

1. Close down and turn off the EASY-nLC instrument (see
Instrument"

2. Remove the screws on the back cover panel using a Torx T-10 wrench and remove the
panel.
3. Access the PCB on the back of the cooler through the back of the instrument, and unplug
the P-Bus communication cables, shown in
Figure 99. P-Bus communication cables
4. Using a 2.5 mm ball driver, remove the two 2.5 mm hex screws at the bottom of the
cooler, shown in
