Before sample pick-up starts the system checks to see if there is air in the pumps.
If this automatic test fails, an error "Trapped air..." pops-up and the sample run is paused.
Note The sample pick-up is only being performed if all pumps passed the air check. This
helps to save your valuable samples.
In case of a "Trapped air..." error message, confirm that solvent is in bottle A, B, and W3.
Perform three purge iterations and flush air for the error reporting pump.
Table 14
lists the common causes of delayed elution. The most common cause of delayed
elution is a leak in valve B.
